Klipsch RVX-42 Center Speaker

Klipsch RVX-42 is positioned as speaker system, which by design perfectly matches modern flat-panel TVs. RVX-42 can work as central channel or satellites. The body is completely made of extruded aluminum and decorated with plastic covers. On the front panel there is a 25-mm tweeter with titanium dome (installed inside the branded MicroTractix Horn). The diffusers of MF/LF-units are made of ceramic metal. The ports of bass-reflex are placed quite unconventionally - singly on top and bottom side of the body. RVX-42 can be installed on a stand or a wall. In this case the manufacturer attaches a template to mark the holes with glued level gages!

Sound. The loudspeaker produces an organized, perfectly detailed throughout the range, neutral in tonal relation sound. These qualities weakly depend on the listener's position. Underneath the powers of RVX-42 are limited by the area of high bass - main tones of the most low male voices fall on it. The model makes the timbre side of sound a bit simplified because of slight synthesis in the middle and high parts of the spectrum. However, only a demanding listener with musically trained ear will notice this. Klipsch RVX-42 does not ignore the smallest details, presents noise elements of phonograms very effectively.
